1.Main Features
The induction industrial metal melting furnace adopts IGBT power device and unique
frequency conversion technology to operate stably and provide higher reliability and durability.
1.1Under the same conditions, it has twice the power saving than the traditional SCR medium
frequency. With 100% load design, it can work continuously for 24 hours and improve heating quality.
1.2 The industrial metal melting furnace has alarm function and fault detection function, such as
fault state protection and display including overcurrent, overvoltage and water shortage, etc.
1.3 The main power devices of the induction industrial metal melting furnace are all German
Siemens brands, and the main electronic components are imported products (Motorola (diode),
NEC (triode), ST (three terminal voltage regulator), FAIRCHILD, ON etc., which make them work stably
and have higher reliability and durability.
1.4 The tilting type induction melting furnace has a small and compact structure. It is very easy in
installation and operation.
1.5 The industrial metal melting furnace has a fast melting speed and saves energy consumption.
1.6 We have full range induction melting furnaces and induction heat treatment furnaces. The
frequency can be low frequency, medium frequency or high frequency.
